We have designed our site to be as simple and customer friendly as possible, all it takes is 3 easy steps to select and create an item of our jewellery. Step 1. Choose the 'Type' of Jewellery, Step 2. Choose which 'Metal' you'd like it made in, Step 3. Choose the 'Style' and then customise it to your exact specification - thats it.
SPECIFICATIONS
We supply 3 types of precious metals. 1. Solid Sterling Silver - 0.925 2. 18ct Gold Plate on Solid Sterling Silver - 0.925, 3. Solid 9ct Gold.
All our Name Necklaces are 0.8mm thick and size varies according to product.
We supply a variety of chains that are 2-4 grams in wieght and can be selected when choosing a product.
SATISFACTION
Your satisfaction is our primary goal when we produce any item. We very rarely have items returned to us. Please ensure correct spelling and wording of item. Please Note - We can only replace or fix any item if the mistake was made by us.

All our products are sent via Royal Mail and due to the valuable content and to ensure you get safe delivery of our products, items are sent either by 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery.
Once your selections have been processed your items will be created and dispatched within 5 working days.
